What was our goal? Scalp Micro-pigmentation (SMP) Australia reached out to us to help communicate with their potential patients exactly what SMP is, who it’s for, how it’s performed and how they may feel afterward.

Shaving your head and getting hair stubble tattoo’d on your scalp is no small decision and many clients were sitting on the fence for months because they didn’t know what to expect.

What did we do? We figured the best way to address these concerns is go straight to someone who’s experiencing it and document their journey through the process. We sat down with Nathan for a chat prior to him starting the procedure, he shared his thought process on making the decision along with his concerns. We filmed his entire journey and then caught up for another chat a few weeks after his three sessions to see how it had affected his daily life.

The Results: Well, it’s safe to say there were plenty of others with the same exact feelings as Nathan. His story gained over 30,000 organic views on YouTube and SMP Australia had bookings flying in from every state. Their clients felt understood and confident in their choice.

Len’s Story - GenesisCare

What was our goal? GenesisCare needed us to help tell the very fortunate story of Len discovering he had quite severe heart disease despite only having very mild symptoms. The overarching goal was to bring awareness to non-invasive testing performed by GenesisCare that made Len aware of his severe condition.

What did we do? We had a chat with Len and his wife Deb about how the news of Len’s condition impacted them and they shared the full journey of Len’s treatment. We also sat down with Len’s Cardiologist Dr. Jamie Morton to get his perspective on Len’s condition.

The Results: We created one long form testimonial video along with 15 cut downs for social media advertising to drive traffic to watch Len’s full story and book in for a CTCA (CT Coronary Angiography) or Calcium Score test to check their heart health. We also created a second video for GenesisCare’s Landing page to explain the difference between a Calcium Score and a CTCA and when each should be performed.

What was our goal? Scalp Micro-Pigmentation (SMP) Australia has been a long term client and after the success of Nathan’s Story they wanted to create more stories to appeal to more specific customer avatars. When you’re in the fitness industry and your career is pinned on your physical appearance - your hairline can make or break your business.

What did we do? We followed Matt’s journey of exploring SMP as an option. We captured a pre-procedure interview where we unpacked his thought process and options. Ultimately he chose to move forward with SMP and we followed his journey over 6 weeks.
